Booking details you send us: name, phone number and who the visit is for.
Messages you send on WhatsApp, phone or email.
Medical records created during your visit, kept at the clinic.
Website usage data from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, without your medical details.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Confirm and manage appointments.
Provide care, share reports and send follow-up reminders you ask for.
Improve our website and services.
Meet legal and medical record-keeping duties.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries are kept for 12 months. Medical records are kept for the period required by Indian medical regulations.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

See the personal data we hold about you.
Correct or update it.
Delete it, where the law allows.
Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
Raise a grievance (see Grievance Redressal).

Children

Information about children is collected only from a parent or guardian, and used only for the child’s care.
