Keyboard and screen readersEvery button and link works with a keyboard and is labelled for screen readers.
Telugu and EnglishKey pages in Telugu, marked so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
Not by colour aloneUrgency guides use words and colours together.
Big tap targetsCall, WhatsApp and Directions buttons are at least 44 px tall.

Step-free accessGround-floor entrance ramp and wheelchair access are available for elderly, post-surgery, and mobility-impaired patients.
Seating for the elderlyComfortable, air-conditioned ground-floor waiting area with priority seating for the elderly, pregnant women, and mothers with infants.
